The fall and rise of the budget car

However, one of the big trends in the car industry today is the re-emergence of bargain cars.

Subaru prices WRX STI Special Edition at $35,565

The 2013 Subaru WRX Special Edition will cost $29,565 including a $770 destination charge while the upgraded WRX STI Special Edition will come in at $35,565 when they arrive at dealerships in spring. The Special Edition costs $500 more than the next highest-priced WRX trim. All Special Editions will wear an orange-and-black paint scheme with black painted wheels, black front fender badging and black exterior mirrors.
